1. General provisions
1.1. These terms (hereinafter – “Terms”) set out the procedure for using the online store www.gabriels.lv , the conditions for ordering and purchasing goods, as well as the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller.
1.2. The online store is maintained and goods are sold by LLC “Beauty Salons Gabriels” (hereinafter – “Seller”).
1.3. The online store offers professional hair cosmetics.
1.4. The Buyer may be any legally capable natural or legal person.
1.5. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
2. Goods and their availability
2.1. Only physical goods are sold in the online store.
2.2. The Seller ensures that the goods available in the online store are fit for use, original, and of manufacturer quality.
2.3. Availability of goods may change, and the Seller does not guarantee availability until the order is confirmed.
3. Prices
3.1. All prices in the online store are indicated in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
3.2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.
3.3. Delivery costs are indicated during checkout.
4. Placing and processing orders
4.1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day.
4.2. Order picking is carried out on business days from 9:00 to 15:00. No picking is carried out on Saturdays and Sundays.
4.3. Orders are processed automatically.
4.4. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct and complete information when placing the order.
5. Payment
5.1. The following payment methods are available in the online store:
– EveryPay payment system;
– Bank transfer after receiving an invoice.
5.2. An order is considered paid when the funds are received in the Seller’s settlement account.
6. Delivery
6.1. Goods are delivered only within the territory of Latvia.
6.2. Available delivery methods:
– Pickup at the Seller’s store;
– Omniva parcel locker.
6.3. Delivery time: 2–5 business days after payment of the order.
6.4. Free delivery is provided for orders over 50 EUR.
6.5. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier or parcel locker service provider.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
7.1. The Buyer has the right, within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
7.2. Returns are not possible for goods showing signs of use, incl. opened or damaged hygiene products.
7.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, except in cases where an incorrect or damaged item was delivered.
7.4. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality of the goods until they are returned.
7.5. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send an email to [email protected], attaching:
– photos of the goods;
– the order number;
– the reason for withdrawal.
7.6. A refund is made within 14 calendar days after the goods are received back by the Seller.
7.7. The Seller issues refunds only to the bank account specified by the Buyer.
8. Product quality and warranty
8.1. Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer must verify that the goods correspond to the order (color, name, etc.).
8.2. If an incorrect or damaged item is delivered, the Buyer must inform the Seller by sending an email to [email protected].
8.3. Money is refunded after the returned goods are received.
8.4. Manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to cosmetic products, as they are hygiene products and their quality is affected by storage and conditions of use.
9. Limitations of liability
9.1. The Seller is not responsible for delays or damage during transportation caused by third parties (Omniva, etc.).
9.2. The Seller assumes no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate contact information provided by the Buyer.
9.3. The Seller is not responsible for technical errors in the online store if they are caused by disruptions in third-party services.
10. Dispute resolution
10.1. Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller are first resolved through negotiations.
10.2. If an agreement is not reached, the Buyer may submit a complaint to:
– the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (CRPC);
– the court of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with Latvian laws and regulations.

11. Discount codes and promotions
11.1. The Seller may offer discount codes, promotions, and limited-time offers.
11.2. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to an order already placed.
11.3. Promotion terms are published separately or indicated in the product description.
12. Applicable law
12.1. The Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
12.2. If any clause of the Terms becomes invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
